  Once your request is approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated shipping address for our quality control center.

  Place the timepiece in its original Pagani Design box including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films, ensuring it is securely packed for transit.

  Inspection and Refund
